Data collected by the account request form: company name, country, city, licence or company registration number, contact name and job title, business e-mail, phone, estimated yearly volume, services of interest, page language and the time of your agreement.

Purpose: reviewing your agency account request and, if accepted, opening the commercial relationship. Basis: your agreement, given by ticking the box on the form, and the steps prior to a contract.

Recipients: the reservations team of Emira Travel Service. Data is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention: for the time needed to review the request, then for the commercial relationship that may follow.

Your rights: you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your agreement, by writing to booking@emira-travel.com (Tunisian organic law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data; GDPR for agencies established in the European Union).
